Online Order Refund/Return Policy

Online Tickets Refunds and Returns:

You may return any tickets purchased online at Chunky’s prior to 48 hours before the event start time. Any refund requests made within 48 hours before a movie or event starts or any time after an event will not be refunded. Please remember, seating is general admission. We strongly suggest arriving early to your movie to increase the chance of getting seats together. Click here for suggested arrival times.

If your refund request meets these guidelines, please expect the refund to go back into your account in 3-4 business days.

Merchandise Refunds and Returns:

You may return items sold and fulfilled by Chunky’s within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item(s)/ returned must be complete or refund will not be issued. Lost or stolen items may not be refunded by Chunky’s. Items must be sent to the Chunky’s main office in Salem NH and not returned to the Theaters. Merchandise includes gift cards, gift boxes, zip packs, gift baskets, and any deal offerings.

You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days from the date your package was sent back to Chunky’s; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Special Event Refunds and Returns:

You may return any will-call tickets purchased for special events at Chunky’s prior to 48 hours before the event start time. Any refund requests made within 48 hours before an event starts or any time after an event will not be refunded.

If your refund request meets these guidelines, please expect the refund to go back into your account in 3-4 business days.
